Formal passport style portrait of Kartar Singh Sangha (1899-1975), who was born on 13 December 1899, in Kala Sangian, Kapurthala, India, the son of Sochet Singh. Kartar Singh Sangha served in the Chinese Maritime Customs Service, in Shanghai, from November 1920 until November 1952. He remained in China until 1960. See Jn-s64.
