Arthur de Legh (1876-1936) is third from the right. He may well have been the captain of this ship. The Ocean Steamship Company ran a steamship service known as the Blue Funnel Line, between the United Kingdom and China. See WC02-20 (a portrait of the captain of a Blue Funnel Line ship).
