The hulk nearest to the camera is most probably Jardines' YUEN WO hulk at Chinkiang (Zhenjiang). YUEN WO was burnt out by fire at Tungchow (Nantong 南通) on the Yangtze River, on 27 May 1905. It arrived at Shanghai in tow and was abandoned to underwriters. The hull was bought back and converted to serve as a pontoon hulk for use at Chinkiang (镇江).
