A child is resting or asleep near the guardian lions (shishi 石獅). On the left is the Paiyun Dian (Hall of Dispelling Clouds) entrance to the Old Summer Palace. On the right is a pailou in front of the Dabaoen Yanshou Temple (延寿寺前牌楼). To the right of this photograph were many more gongshi (ornamental rocks) on stone pedestals.
